     This spell disrupts an area of waves, making it one class higher in the area of effect. If cast on a creature of the Plane of Water, it causes 1d3 pts damage per level of the caster. The creature is allowed a save vs. polymorph to negate this damage. Spells that affect water or summon creatures from the plane of water do not work while Scattercalm is in effect. This spell can counter or dispel Scatterwave.
